You can store your tires at any partner from our contractual tire service network. You can find a list these service stations on our website or in your DriverPass digital card. You can choose a tire service station according to your preferred location, whether it's where you live or where you work. It is not necessary to contact the tire station in advance, you can just go there directly and hand over the tires for storage against the storage certificate.
Drivers can find the storage location in the DriverPass digital card and the fleet managers can see it in the MyFleet application in the Vehicle overview report with the tire storage location. Every time you store your tires at a tire station, you will receive a storage certificate that shows what type of tires and accessories the tire service station has accepted from you. If you no longer have the storage list, please contact us and we will find out the storage location for you.
If you think the tires on your vehicle are worn out, please visit the contractual tire service station where technicians will assess the condition of the tires. If the tires are worn, the tire service station will provide new tires and fit them on the vehicle on an agreed date.
Please make an appointment at the tire service station where your tires are currently stored.
You don't know where it is? Please refer to question No. 2 above: Where are the tires of my vehicle stored?
TIP: In addition to buying, replacing and storing tires, you can also take advantage of additional services such as: bulb replacements, light adjustments, geometry alignment, windscreen washing fluid refills, snow chains, locking bolts and wheel caps.
Please send an e-mail request to the tire service station where the tires are stored, stating that you are requesting that the stored tire set of your vehicle be sent to another tire service location, the address of which should be included in the request.
The new tire service station must be a contractual partner within Drivalia's network. The cost of the transport will be charged to your company.
If the services connected to tires are included in your lease contract, you can contact the contractual tire service station directly.
For an active vehicle, the tire service station is always obliged to release the set of wheels/tires from storage at the client's request, provided that the client arrives with the vehicle, to which the wheels/tires belong. No authorization or consent from Drivalia is required for this collection.
