Drivalia Lease Czech Republic, a leading provider of operational car leasing and a subsidiary of the multinational CA Auto Bank group, is acquiring a significant part of MHC Mobility's customer portfolio in the Czech Republic. At the beginning of February 2025, Drivalia will take over the client's fleet of passanger and commercial vehicles, including the respective leasing contracts. In total, the portfolio comprises of 523 vehicles.

Clients and drivers of such vehicles under operational leasing arrangements will seamlessly transition to Drivalia’s management and gain access to the company's comprehensive fleet management services.

"We are pleased to welcome MHC Mobility’s customers under our wing. This acquisition will grant them access to our complex mobility solutions, which are based on the advanced digitalisation of individual vehicle care processes. We are looking forward to working with our new clients and believe it will be mutually beneficial," says Martin Brix, CEO of Drivalia Lease Czech Republic.

Former MHC Mobility customers in the Czech Republic will now have access to Drivalia’s suite of digital tools, such as the DriverPass digital driver card, which can be added to their mobile devices to facilitate various tasks, including scheduling service appointments, tire changes, and reporting insurance claims.

Additionally, customers will benefit from the Driver’s Service, which ensures smooth processing of vehicle damage repairs, the MyFleet driver portal, detailed online reporting, and electronic forms for handling essential administrative tasks.

Drivalia has confirmed its leading position in the domestic corporate fleet management market by acquiring a significant part of MHC Mobility's customer portfolio. In addition to the classic operational leasing, the typical length of which is between three and five years, Drivalia offers medium-term car rentals (spanning several months) and, more recently, short-term rentals for just a few days.

Drivalia is owned by CA Auto Bank, which is owned by Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility, part of Crédit Agricole, the world's tenth largest bank. CA Auto Bank has a presence in 18 countries in Europe and Morocco.

MHC Mobility is a member of the Mitsubishi HC Capital Group, a global player in the field of mobility. MHC Mobility's subsidiaries operate throughout Europe.
